AVISO À NAVEGAÇÃO INTERNAUTA (I)
SENADO NEWS – SN – investigou um dos anúncios da
“EURO MILLIONS SPANISH LOTTERY INTERNATIONAL” – EMSLI
1 – SN, 07/11/07, recebeu o email « emis2006to2007@aim.com » dizendo que lhe tinha sido atribuído um prémio de €1,550,000.00 de entre 100 participantes finalistas dos quais 10 ganhadores tinham sido seleccionados; rematava: CONGRATULATIONS!!!; explicava: que este programa era promovido pela INTERNET EXPLORER/WORLD INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY ORGANIZATION TO PROMOTE and ENHANCE the use of INTERNET EXPLORER.
1.1, A mensagem acrescentava que, para dar início à reivindicação do prémio da lotaria, devia contactar o DR Goldman Wales que se identificou: email « wincornixdorflot@aim.com »; telefone; 0034-620-692-135; Wincor Nixdorf Security Company.
2 – SN, 07/11/06, telefonou e perguntou – à voz masculina que disse ser o DR Goldman Wales – se o assunto (1) era real. Obteve uma resposta positiva: "It’s real for sure".
3 – SN, 08/11/06, por email dirigido a DR Goldman Wales, satisfez o seu pedido: indicando nome, ocupação, licença de condução, endereço, telefone e fax.
4 – EMSLI, 10/11/06, por email assinado por Barrister Gary Tales:
4.1, acusa recepção (3) dizendo: you sent all information of your identity required for verification and documentation which has been approved succesfuly.
4.2, diz mais que enviou a processing form which must be filled and send back to us so that we can present it to the paying bank for transfer to be effective. Congratulations Once More upon your award.
5 – SN, 10/11/06, enviou por fax, a processing form, (4.2) pedida, devidamente preenchida – onde consta para além da identificação (3) o número da conta e a identificação do banco, prudentemente aberto, a zero.
Entretanto nas semanas seguintes os telefonemas do EMSLI referiam-se à renovação da identidade do SN e a processing/legalization fee que SN deveria satisfazer.
6 – SN, 05/12/06, enviou por email, a Mr Barrister Gary Tales (Legal Department) of the Wincor Nixdorf Security/Consultant: «Therefore, please, I request your processing /legalization fees to enable myself for the next procedure to receive the prize you are claiming I have won».
7 – EMSLI, 06/12/06, enviou um email de Barrister Gary Tales dizendo:... a fee of €850 is required from you the beneficiary of the email address for the legalization procedure which must be paid by bank transfer or western union money transfer to, NAME: Uraih Halin; address: CALLE ALBERTO 1A MADRID SPAIN; AMOUNT:€850.
8 – SN, 08/12/06, respondeu por email a Barrister Gary Tales (7):
8.1, « I agree paying the amount of legalization fee of €850 Euros only being discounted of the €1,550,000.00 which you are claiming to award to me».
8.2, « That is to say, my prize will be €1,549,150.00»
8.3, «Or sending the €1,550,000.00 and SN assume to remit to you, afterwords, the legalization fee of €850.00 as you required».
8.4, «I am deeply sorry but I have to be prudent “to save my money against a raining day”».
8.5, «Although your Organization got from myself the best honest appreciation».
9 – EMSLI, 09/12/06, Wincor Nixdorf envia no seu email « w_nixdorf@yahoo.com », assinada por DR. Goldman Wales, a seguinte mensagem: This is to inform you that we still await the compulsory legalization and we hope you have received details for payment over this issue while if you choose to pay the requested fee by bank to bank kindly keep us informed as we are on the verge of concluding your award procedures.
10 – Entretanto houve uma série de telefonemas e emails entre SN e EMSLI, que mantiveram o impasse criado…
11 - SN, 11/12/06, recebe outro email de WINCOR NIXDORF, no seu email (9), assinado por Dr. Goldman Wales do seguinte teor: This is to inform you that is absolutly nothing we can do except receive the compulsory legalization fee for your award procedures. we kindly advise you to pay us the requested fee so that we can be able finalize your award procedures. Your e-mail to us is not properly understood.
11.1, SN, 11/12/06, no sentido de clarificar o “is not properly understood”, enviou um email para WINCOR NIXDORF dirigido to THE DESK OF VICE PRESIDENT INTERNATIONAL PROMOTION/PRIZE onde se reproduz, em síntese, o historial de todo o processo desde o início.
12 – SN, 29/12/06, com a mesma anterior intenção, enviou uma carta a EURO MILLIONS SPANISH LOTTERY INTERNATIONAL, Calle Roberto 1A 28923 Madrid España; clarificando com mais pormenor “o historial de todo o processo desde o início”.
13 – EMSLI, 30/12/06, o DR. Goldman Wales enviou, por email : This is to inform you that I am just from the bank this morning after a lengtly discussion over the required fees and the bank has given me a confirmation that they shall forward your file to the lottery board over the payment of the requested fees, while a response will be send to us on Tuesday 2nd January 2007. You shall informed on the feedback as we keep our hands crossed for a positive answer to be send to us.
14 – SN, 30/12/06, respondeu, pela mesma via: «I will expect the best news on Tuesday 2nd January 2007. Congratulations to both sides».
15 – EMSLI, 04/01/07, enviou o seguinte email para SN:
We have received your email to Security Company and you are hereby informed that the bank contacted us today that they are not successful in deducting from your winnings. No one here can pay the fee, the best we can do is to try as much is possible to ask or pressurize the bank to transfer your winning funds, this is a tedious procedures due to requirements not presented by you the beneficiary of this email address as well as the said funds.
You should be aware that the google search engine searches anything at all on internet and only officially recognized sites should atented to.
We kindly ask you to have patience while we try to convince the bank but we fail, there is nothing we can do except to retrieve your file to the lottery board.

16 – SN, depois desta última mensagem tentou inutilmente contactar o DR: Goldman Wales:
16.1, duas vezes pelo seu email « wincornixdorflot@aim.com » nos dias 23 e 30 de Janeiro do corrente ano.
16.2, várias vezes pelos seus dois números de telefone: 00 34 620 692 135 e 00 34 663 580 433 obtendo, somente a voz feminina do “voicemail”, de que esses números estavam “temporariamente desactivados”.
17 – SN, tenciona manter “temporariamente activada” a operação de acordo com o conselho do DR. Golman Wales, to have patience e na esperança de que:
17.1, As regras do marketing internacional sejam cumpridas, por ambas as partes: «as comissões pagam-se: depois do cumprimento de um serviço (SN winning prize) ou são descontadas (from SN winning prize) antes do pagamento de um serviço (SN winning prize)».
17.2, The people of Spain stand together with Portugal in the highest level of the European Union and in the World de acordo com o tema do SN:
« Com o fim de dinamizar a solidariedade através da comparticipação de cidadãos com inquestionável integridade de carácter ».

Entretanto nas semanas seguintes os telefonemas do EMSLI referiam-se à renovação da identidade do SN e a processing/legalization fee que SN deveria satisfazer.

Boas,
Comigo está a decorrer o mesmo processo...sorteio do Tagged e google-loteria international, tb ganhei supostamente 1 milhão de euros, sou uma sortuda!! Mas...para me fazerem a transferência tenho que pagar 345€ para que o processo seja autenticado pelo ministério da justiça da Grécia...Vigaristas por aqui é o que não falta!!!
